well, actually the only free game I really liked untill now is assassins creed 2.

but guess i'll really enjoy magic 2013.

Althoug ugly, x-com apocalypse is the best game I ever played!

I don't really think this new release will be better, but will be awesome anyway.

I think there was also a X-COM PBEM (play by e-mail).

And anotehr version of laser squad was done around 2000 i guess.

My bet goes to valve... cause we like the w3 dota: those heroes, those items, those skills... not some futuristic stuff like sc2 dota =P
