Killer Instinct, only 6 characters at launch with additional coming in the year to fallow via DLC. Clearly the game will not be done, but Microsoft still is pushing for an incomplete product.

Forza5, Dan Greenawalt was asked why there is no night and weather change on forza5, his answer : short development time, maybe on the next Forza.
