I fear such success only pushes developers away from AAA tittle, there are just so many XBL games coming out to both high critical and commecial success yet nothing AAA or even just on disk

Now that i have a daughter i have an excuse to buy a kinect and wave my hands around like a fool while not looking like a fool as i will be playing with her,but she only a month old so it will be 3-5 years before she can kinect so am get hopefully a better kinect 2 with better and more games :)

am have to order this online as its no where to be found this 3rd world shops we have here,and i really really want it

Now if this guys can make profit and be happy about a game that sold a little over a million copies (which also happen to be their best selling game ever), how can all this shooters sell more (am talking double here) and still cry that they not turning profit

Maybe they should rethink shooters and do RPG as they profitable even with lesser sales

Yes we expected a PS3 developer to say something like this

Imagine a AAA shooter where you play the everyday man aka the extras that get killed, that will make an awesome DLC right, and we can expand this everyday man DLC to other interesting extras

- the extra that converse with the over powered main character, and you can totally tell him BS and mislead him and get him killed

- Play the narrator AI who describes the tech/history/culture of the game universe and ofcause you can say any BS you can pull out your . . .

- the victim who have to be saved so you get to mess up with the main character all you want,you can arlet the enemies towards him or play hide and seek in the heat of battle and time running out to complete the mission

- run around the main character carrying ammunition for her or as a news reporter

- or like some 1 said go be a farmer/business owner in Skyrim and sell your stuff

You all fail to see the bigger picture when you are poor,your only interest is the money you save now ($99) not the money you will save 2 years later ($40), poor folks fall for this all the time, we pay the full price for every 1 item every month instead of a cheaper 2 for 1 every two months, WHY because we don't have money so we get the cheapest thing at that very moment, we have no time to do the math what is cheaper in the long run

As for the actual games getting a price cut am all for that as they are very very expensive,for every 3-4 games you can get a new console which will last 5-10 years *cough RROD cough* as opposed to a game thats like what 5 hours?

But who will bare the price cut of the games between the developers, publishers and console manufactures with all of them already reporting loses at the current prices

Given that MS just confirmed the $99 X360 which is actually more expensive than the $199 model already, I dont see how they could drop the price of the $199 system, making the $99 system even more expensive and highlighting the "Rip Off" sticker on it

am really hoping they just call it xbox3
