@Hillsy_: Why would they bundle Rayman Origins in with Legends, when Legends already contains all the levels from Origins by default?

You know, as bad as these movies are, they've still been fun and I think that's why this series has done so much better than any other video game movie series.

All the others try too hard to be taken seriously, and act like they're better than they are. But Resi, to it's credit, is just like "nope, here's some situation that vaguely resembles the games, a butt load of zombies and other monsters for them to kill, and a ton of corny one-liners", and to be fair, when the video games themselves have lines like "You where almost a Jill Sandwich", I think it's about as perfect an adaptation as you could make.

@mdinger: But why would you want a 4th system that just runs the same games?

PC/PS4/X1 all run those same AAA games, so outside of exclusives, there is no reason to own more than one of them, and in the case of the X1, Microsoft has made it a point to make sure you know it's pointless to own it, as all it's exclusives will also be on PC, day one.

So right there, if you own a PC and PS4, you are set for everything, except Nintendo's exclusives. So, if Nintendo just makes a console that is the same as a PS4, and just gets those same 3rd party ports, along side a few Nintendo exclusives, who's gonna buy it? Who's going to buy those games on it?

Instead, Nintendo needs 3rd parties to develop exclusives for there consoles. But to do that, there console need two things, to already be selling well and to be different enough from the competition that it's not worth just trying to port there PS4 games over to it.

Not surprising really. It seems like this sort of thing he'd actually really enjoy doing. Remember he's guest stared on Family Guy on multiple occasions, and even has a reoccurring role on American Dad.

Awesome. Affleck's Batman was honestly the only redeeming part of BvS. Glad to hear he's also not rushing the movie, might mean we actually get something decent out of DC's new "Cinematic Universe".

@hansond_jaysond_lee: What they need to do is cut down the amount of episodes. Look back at S1, still regarded by many as the best season of the show, one of the best seasons of any show, and it's just 6 episodes, and while I personally think 6 might be too few for a season, I think going the same route as GoT and having 10 episode seasons, and cutting out a lot of the filler, would go a long way to improving the show.

The writing is also indeed hit and miss. When it's borrowing directly from the comics, it's awesome. But when it starts doing it's own thing the quality drops down immensely, but again cutting down on episodes and putting a tighter focus onto the core comic book storyline would solve that.

They'd have to be living under a rock to have not heard the "feedback" this game received. The real question is if they actually care enough to follow up on them.

Personally, I just want Galactic Conquest, that was the only mode in the original Battlefront games that I liked and to have something similar here would have been great.

@pongley: Apparently they're saying that they couldn't do that because of the age of the game. A lot of stuff had to be done from the ground up because the 20 year old code and assets simply don't work anymore.

@bdrtfm: People seem to forget that Molyneux left Lionhead long before Fable Legends became a thing. It was also Microsoft who pushed them in that direction, instead of letting them work on Fable 4, which was there original intent. He wasn't anything to do with the studio's final fate.
