I remember when DMC3 was released everyone hated the shirtless Dante with the brown leather strap, to the point where people were calling it a man bra and that this change to his look was going to kill the series and it turned out to be one of the more popular games. And I get it was his mannerism in the new DMC is what turned everyone off, but the thing is the early games were released when cursing in video games was still kind of taboo save a few daring titles. I just feel like Dante would have been more vulgar in the originals if cursing wouldn't have been such a daring move. Not saying I liked the dialog in the new DMC i just don't understand all the hate. The game still pretty much played the same down to the combos being called the same thing a performing them in the same way. Granted the boss battles kind of sucked the rest of the combat was still pretty true to DMC being flashy and smooth and what not,
@S001_PRIMAL @skootbootz @superbuuman Yeah, i understand what you meant and I was just poking fun with the video tape ask strangers thing. But it still stands, unless everyone of your friends can think objectively about something they really like then they will most likely say its amazing and over hype it like my friends tend to do. I get that you want to hear an average joes opinion on it and there nothing wrong with that. But you really should go ask random people what they think of bayonetta through out wal-mart it would be hilarious.
@ahpuck @skootbootz @fredyellowone Well fortunately they have remade it about a dozen times and its bound to come out for WiiU. But in all honesty if you have played at least three zelda games then you kind of get the gist of it.
@DesertEaglex24 Wait are you talking to me? When did i say anything about it being childish? I was stating the game is not in line with anime/manga. And i think LordCrash88 who clearly doesn't know a lot about anime thinks that its color pallet and style is very childish looking, regardless of the subject matter.
