I dont have a Huge gameing rig. This is just a regular pc, that I added a nice graphics card to. I was thinking about the range of 500-550 Wats would be good.

As for dropping in $90 into a pcu? i think tahts to much for mine.

Wow! so i just noticed my power supply sais 300 Wats. I thought it would be a bit stonger since my comp came with : tv tuner: radio tuner...and a bunch of other goodies...

The card requires a 550 Wats.....does anyone know of a good and CHEAP 550 WAT power supply?

Cheap please because i was saving up to build a Nice gaming rig, but instead it looks like im upgrading my old rig. :(

I just installed a new graphics card Saphire HD4850 After Finally getting the Driver to work ...I started to game

and here we go another problem, afer about 5 min into gaming my comp just shuts off!...restarted....again shut off

I looked at the card and noticed it was REALLy close to my Tv Tuner, giving about No space for the graphics card to breath.

Now can an overheating be a reason for my comp shutting down? Im going to movemy TV tuner into another slot, I just wanted to make sure if there is anything else should be looking for.

I installed it, yet I cant seem to install the driver.

It goes all the way to sometinginsalling"Catalyst" to let the computer update the drive, but after that. Nothing

Sometimes Nothing will happen othertimes it sais it was installed wrong.

I checked the for the driver at thier actual site, but there were tons. Can someone send me the correct one please? Im really anxoius to use this Card! Thanks.

So im looking for a good motherboard. One thing im really intersted in, is one with many PCI slots.

Now im not going to do crossfire with my graphic cards, but i have other stuff to intall, such as: Tv Tuner, Recording device for my games, Things like that.

Ive chosen to use i7 Quad proccesor.

I want a bit more then 4gigs, since the machine i have now is 4, I would like some more power 6 -8 (Not sure if RAM makes a diff or not).

Im really looking into making a "Beast" so price is not a Question, and I havent really seen any Super high priced boards anyways.

Oh and i was looking at Gigabytes boards, Ive heard those are one of the best.
