Lets all not forget that for all its jackbox glory the PC version will probably sell 100,000 copies if it's lucky. I will take my library of all the Uncharted's, God of Wars and Killzone's over your 5 to 6 games that show off the power of your 2,000 dollar jackbox's. Understand PC heads if it wasn't for Sony and Microsoft you would be stuck still playing Diablo and Warcraft! Consoles drive the industry and I will take a few hits to textures and anti aliasing to play as Nathan Drake or the Master Chief! Thank god, the next round of consoles will shut your slappies mouth!
This is all mute. Whatever the EA and Activison gods want us to play we will play. Rockstar and Take 2 will never support the PC. PC gaming is a nitch and does not sell well enough to support it. Sure some ports have a little better anti aliasing etc. but it doesn't justify giving up Nathan Drake, The Hellgast or Kratos. This next Killzone should finally shut the whining PC heads who are dreaming about Crysis 4 up! If there will ever be another one after three didn't sell 500,000 units for all systems. Buy a nice LED, PS4 and sell your Alienware jackboxes and lets all try to keep Sony in business.
@vijayyajiv Notice how Gears trods along and bullets fly out like cotton balls. That is because if cranked up at a higher frame rate it would have so many frame rate issues. You give Sony the time it would look fine BUT I know for a fact there is no way in h*ll the 360 could run Killzone 2 or 3 and Motorstorm.
How original, I thought I saw this game come out last year and it was called RAGE! No, I am mistaken it is really called Blood Motorstorm Drive!No wonder the industry is a tad stale. By the way if it had cell shaded graphics you could throw in Borderlands too!!!
First off, our economy is a ponzi scheme and is alot worse than you think! Second, all new games need to come out at 49.99..60 is way too high! Third..all games are suffering from a max out GPU and Madden syndrome(nothing different)..It's peak is over and Sony would be wise to put the PS2 chip in there new slim. That would blow it out like a new console. Fourth, all of you sheeple won't give a f*** about this sh*t when Israel starts bombing Iran! 5th, pass codes need to be put in every new game to make them work. That B.S. about only 20% of Gamestop's sales being used is exactly that, BULL*HIT! If any of you cheap as*es can't afford the hobby get the f*** out of it and go play marbles!
You could tell Dice fed us with loads of dark missions and a slow framerates to hide the fact it wasn't any better looking than MW3. It doesn't really matter because now that the end of this gen is near and they never came close to the Killzone series. BF3 couldn't even carry Killzone 2's jockstrap! BF3 even has a hard time competing with Resistance 3! I do agree with him about framerate. The difference was like running through air and butter. Killzone's graphics were so far superior to those two I was willing to feel like i was wading through new concrete! You could tell Epic took steps to not dumb down Gears graphics because of the same reason Vonderhaar argues. I just could never get into Gears becuase I felt like I was shooting cotton balls and it moved way too slow!
So what if he saw them. I saw the 720 prototype off of Ebay that recently sold for 15,000 and if that's any indication(Looks horrid) combined with Sony's tanking stock puts me in the mind we will lucky to see even a one console future. I'm lucky I have 70 PS3 games I haven't played yet because next gen's business model looks like it it has been ran by chimps or 1st graders. They go clouding, free to play or disc free, good luck staying in business. I WANT PHYSICAL COPIES, PERIOD. Just make your systems tamper proof. I do support however the buy NEW model on gaming. You slappies can't afford the hobby, go play f***ing marbles! I do suggest to all of lockbrains out there GO BUY MADDEN 13 USED. Because ever since I picketed the 08' NFL draft because Madden 09(PS3) had to have a patch to be playable I hate there guts. Rumor has it from a little fly on the wall I know Madden still uses the same game engine it has for the last 10 years. You can tell by playing it. Like I've always said..Madden is like that ugly girl who has a nice body. You put a little makeup on it every year and everybody will play with it. Because it's the only wh**e in the neighborhood!
From the way I see it being a fanboy and all I hope Sony is still in business by the end of 2013. Read a forecaster a few months back and he said we probably won't see more than two next gen systems anyway. There's no way that Sony will even put a new system if they can't stop the huge money losses. I wouldn't be surprised if they license out the new system or the PS4 name to someone like Apple! Hopefully when the 3rd Mafia comes out they quit puting the f***king apartments on the top floor of the buildings!
