Manhunt is nice, but Manhunt 2 is "nicer" =DThe most brutal game I've ever played? F.E.A.R., Manhunt (1 and 2), Silent Hill series, Haunting ground, GoW, and Jericho. Mortal Kombat is brutal too, but not scary, tho.
