What platform are you playing on? PS3 and Wii have issues. There are instructions at the Disney Infinity website on how to remedy the problem until they have a fix.
Is anyone else having issues accessing shared or player created toy boxes? I'm continually getting an error that says player created content has been blocked for one or more users logged in. The only thing is I've never played games with others on Xbox Live - so as far as I know there should be no reason to be blocked. I'm logged into Live and my Disney Accounts when the error occurs. I've contacted Disney support but have not heard back from them as I think they're a little overwhelmed with the PS3 issue. Just checking to see if anyone else is having this problem.
