nah what ever level they were when you first went against them is what level they stay, so you're mostly fighting them for their rare drops and just to sell what they drop. new game plus scales with you though

yes, once the games over( no real end, just kill final boss, credits roll, your back in final boss room) you get a new slaughter dome, a level 50 mission, and a new game difficulty. you then get to roam around killing what ever you want including refighting bosses till you start new game plus

your problem is it sounds like you're playing solo. what you need is to find some friends to play with, the more people the better the gear aka legendary gear.

when you get the recharge delay in the badass rank, its a percentage not a solid number. you can't go past zero, thats the bare minimum. what you suggested is that your shield was recharging as you took damage.

its located in the hyperion wildlife exploytation preserve 3/4 of the way through the game. its a level 25 mission.

ive maxed 3 weapons with eridium just from the slot machines, the best way is to get 4 people to play the slots. any money or eridium that appears everyone gets.

yas unforseen activates as soon as a decoy ends, so when you kill an enemy with melee the decoy will explode then a new one appears.

also playing co-op doesn't actually make the game longer, but stronger enemies appear the more people you have so fights can last a little longer.
