The lack of character skill/stat customaztion is really worrying, since it was such a cool part of the earlier releases. Seems D3 will be all about randomizing gear to make your character unique. The one thing that Diablo III has that will make me play it for sure is the fact that you can just jump in and out of the game as you fancy, and you dont have take out 4 hours of your calendar 2-3 times a week to have fun with your friends.
