I think in the future, we will see games that are playable BOTH on PS3 and PSP (via Remote Play). However, because the lag is so significant through Remote Play, it'll most likely be very non-intensive games. Like Home, perhaps?
Today's big PS3 firmware update is supposed to let you access your PS3 content from ANY wi-fi point in the world . First, you have to set up your PS3 and PSP for Remote Play interoperability through Settings -> Remote Play. Then, leave your PS3 in Remote Play mode. Go to any wi-fi spot and try to connect via "Remote Play." Does it work for you?
It's been very problematic for me, personally. I've had it work less than 10% of the time, and I want to see how the rest of the community seems to be dealing with it.
You do know that USB cables are dirt cheap, right? Being able to put content, like videos and photos (not to mention demos) on your PSP is going to be a godsend. Just try to buy one: they shouldn't be more than $10.
The racing segment is easily the worst part of the game. Littered with glitches, and absolutely no fun. Wait until the camera goes completely crazy on you.
