So he's going to be some whimpy ass dude no one expects to be the villain? That's the only way I can believe this.

I was okay with the first, what, maybe three of them? The others were pretty lame. I remember I saw one of them in 3D when I was living in Ireland with a buddy from college and it was pretty much the single worst movie I had ever seen. Not sure which one it was, though.
I read almost exclusively ebooks these days. I do reviews for a website I run and it's easier to get digitial ARCs. Haven't paid for a book in well over a year. More than worth the eighty dollars or whatever that I spent on my Kindle.
In light of the release of Iron Man 2, the name Tony is rapidly gaining momentum amongst my friends... Rhodey is a close second.
Other suggested names related to comic books: Bucky, Reed, Teddy, Pete, Jack, Hank, Cassie, and just Captain America.
"dt" was pretty epic I have to admit. I'm an on-again, off-again geology student so I've considered going with a mineral or something like Mica or a some other geology term like Tarn. My geology professor and his wife have a husky namd Esker. Ten points to whowever knows what that means.
Ace isn't too bad of a suggestion. I'm still considering that one and Krypto. I like Yoshi, too.
Peggle is out because it's too damn 'cutesy' and Monty is out because I have to be the only geek who hates Monty Python. I also have an uncle named Monty so that'd be a bit weird.
Any other ideas out there?
In a few weeks I'll be settling down with a brand new, rambunctous ball of fur all my own. In recieveing regular updates on the puppy I'll be getting I find myself struggling to find the right name for him. He's a Golden Retriever and he'll be nine weeks old when I get him. I need to come up with something sufficiently geeky or I swear I'll never forgive myself. At the same time it needs to be somethign that other people will accept and that fifteen years from now when he's still around I won't feel like a dumbass calling him. Currently I'm considering going with "Nate" after Nathan Drake from the Uncharted series. It's short, to the point and had a strong sound to it. But I'm not sure. I have also considered naming him after a video game company: Atari, Konami, etc.
Oh ye wise ones of the intarwebz. What do you think? Do you have any geeky names you like for pets - male or female or any species.
I'm in need of some inspiration here.
As a female college student, I agree that I tend to have less time than the guys I know who game. Even in my apartment where we have two girls and two guys who are all busy working all summer planning orientation, it's a guy that plays video games more than anyone else and has the time to do so (though, it is my XBOX 360). And for the most part most of the girls I know are busy doing social things, running clubs, and working while the boys are kicking back in their rooms playing video games. I know it's not true for everyone, of course. I know a lot of guys who are busy with social things and working and similarly a lot of girls who spend their days playing video games - like my roommates for next year.
I just don't think all that many girls WANT to play video games because not all girls are into the games that tend to dominate the market.
Awwww. I remember the first time I was ever denied a game because of my age. How cute. :D
