So unlocking contents in gaming is officially a scam now? Why does greed had to be all over the industry this gen? Dammit where's a time machine when you need one, I want to return to the 90s when videogames are fun, unique, and complete.

There's a saying, "The customers is always right." Break that trend and you break their trust.

There's a reason why Sony never launch its console first for any gen, this is one of them. They wait and take notes then mimic the idea that works and make a better version of it.

Damn, first there was the school shooting at Chardon High School in Chardon Ohio, then the Dark Knight Rising massacre at the Aurora, Colorado theater and now this at Newtown Connecticut Elementary School and yet they put the blame on anything but the shooters. Why society, why you so stupid?

Wait a minute, so if a game came out before a crappy show (of the same name) but if the show got trademarked and the original game somehow needs to be re-trademark for a return, it won't be able too? Who made these kind of rules, so if somehow there isn't a WipEout (the Psygnosis futuristic racing game) game coming out for years and the crappy Wipeout mini-game compilation based on the ABC reality game show of the same name seem to still exist and if Psygnosis wanted to re-trademark WipEout for a return, they won't be able to? Who is in control of this USPTO? Whoever it is this case stinks, Killer Instinct the game came out first, nobody cares about that crappy show.

No launch price announcement means I won't be pre-ordering this thing anytime soon.

@Sevenizz Top publishers, more like cash cows, and Angry Bird, N.O.V.A., Orders and Chaos, Minecraft, had I had more fun playing Tetris, Uncharted, God of War, LittleBigPlanet, and Kid Icarus: Uprising than any of those. Sorry but as a gamer I don't want to limit myself to using a just a screen for control, i don't want to buy download of games that would likely disappear by tomorrow, I also don't want to play waterdown games with kiddy graphics on a device that constantly interrupt me with calls every few minutes. I can see myself still playing games like Resident Evil Revelation, Pokemon Black 2, Disgaea 3, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, Lumines: Electronic Symphony, and Tales of the Abyss in the year 2020, but games like Angry Bird, Infinity Blade, Fruit Ninja, all of the Gameloft ripoff games from the app stores? I just don't see them making it like how I don't see Rock Band iOS and Rock Band Reloaded on the App Store. Those were there for a while, then just when someone else saw it and wanted to buy it they disappear.

There are reasons mobile games cost less, they aren't long lasting, you can't transfer them to a new upgrade device, they could disappear from the app store the next day and won't tell you, you actually don't buy the game, just the file, all the games are ruin with gimmicky touch control even playing emulator games on there aren't as enjoyable unless they are puzzle games or RTS. Publishers know that casual will play anything on their mobile toy which is why they milk it for pennies on those devices and mobile games just don't have that entertaining factor like the real deal. Sure they are fun when bored and stuff but playing them once is enough.

@Sevenizz Smartphone gaming? As crappy as smartphone games are I wouldn't recommend them as part of the portable gaming market. In the year 2020 those games would be gone and so are the smartphones. Handheld games not only were made to play on the go but also made to last on the go too which is why true gamers stick to GBA, DS, PSP, 3DS, and PS Vita.

Looking good, the problem to me was that they choose the wrong FFIII, I want a remake of FFVI, not a port of FFIII. Well at least Square is supporting the thing so that's a good thing, hope it doesn't fail like the Wonder Swan Color though. Having only Final Fantasy on there especially a port won't do it no justice unless it sells a bundle for Square.
