I summon 3x Tech Soldiers (3000/3000 Hits, 2800atk, 1800def with first strike) - 1/3 turns done.

Since there's nobody else, that ends my turn.

Each person begins with a Citadel with 1,000,000/1,000,000 Life, picking ANY 3 elements. These elements determine what can be summoned and how you can attack, along with determining weaknesses.

Each turn has 3 things you can do:

• Attack another player's Citadel.
• Summon Helpers
• Grant A Friendly Charge to a player (1 charge to 1 project on 1 player)

Charges are how you develop advanced forces. At first, the max for a charge project is 20, and the TOTAL number of charges for any project is 50. Every project generates 1 charge per turn.

Every page of this game after the first also awards startup charges for every player that starts after that. It's 4 free charges per page.

As for HOW it would be accomplished, I'm planning on limiting how expansive it may be.

What this is:

1. A REALITY.
2. A means to grant almost any gaming wish you desire, or at least wage wars against other gamers and communities.
3. A reputation system.
4. A thing that unites the entirety of the gaming industry.
5. The closest thing to chaos and entropy, but still justified.

How to Battle:

It's your score vs his. The ranks determine benefits/penalties, along with a simple formula with the points themselves: round((value/1000)^sqrt(value/1000))

This is GAME ORIENTED. The nexus is meant to UNITE all games out there.

The Mechanics:
There are 4 main mechanics that govern this rep system. Points, Artifacts, Gates, and Shroud.

Points:

The point system has 6 forms of bonus, along with 9 stages on each of those bonuses. The common person begins with 650K Nex, while the mods/admins begin with 3 million nex.
The bonuses are Battle, Econ, Supremacy, Leadership, Gates, And Shroud. Ranks go as follows:

0 citizen
1 soldier
2 veteran
3 leader
4 elite
5 General/Brigadeer/Marshal
6 President/Emporer/King
7. Legend/God/Demigod
8. Forbidden
9. Ultimate (only primes can get this)

Note that higher scores are EXPONENTIALLY stronger.
HUB OWNERS have a minimum ranking of 3 in all bonuses.

Artifacts:

The artifacts are the real source of power. When someone officially uses an artifact, YOU MUST HEED IT. However, It's perfectly legal to find just about any excuse to overcome such.
Note that I have an artifact combo where everything goes in my favor(no off switch) - but it doesn't guarantee favorable results.

Gates:

Wake up and smell the REALITY of the system. Each game is an alternate dimension. You cannot just jump into any game willy-nilly. This is the solution. But even on crossing, you must still GAMING-STYLE, find the things you are looking for. As in ADVANCED REALISM.

Shroud:

This REALITY is the cross-over between games and real life. Due to such, there's an advanced element of realism in such. You (officially) cannot see that reality, but it's perfectly legal to SENSE actions done on the other side. This sensing is in the form of AWARENESS, which, at 100%, would let you decipher who, which artifacts, and how many points are involved, where applicable. But even at that %, it won't reveal actions.

So, you ACT on the nexus, without realizing it - yet.
