^Thank God! Yes new engine!!! The only problem is we have to wait :( Do you guys think its possible for ES V to have 2-player coop? It would be sweet just roaming around together :)
I absolutely LOVED Oblivion. It was my first "WOW" moment on my 360. I never played an RPG that huge , where you can go anywhere and do anything. When I first put it in, and you came out of the sewer and hear that fantastic music, and beautiful graphics (back then)....man. Amazing. However, I popped it in for the first time in 3 years. It became apparent to me that we definately need a new engine. The worst part of Oblivion was the loading every 3 steps, and the pop in. I haven't had a chance to play Fallout 3, so I dont know how much the engine has been improved. Hopefully we get: -brand new engine (old engine is outdated) -much improved graphics -more voice actors -better leveling system that doesn't suck this time. -more stable framrate/loading/pop up.
I keep hearing Crysis 2 "will be the best looking game graphically for consoles". I watched videos, and I am not impressed at all. Gears 3 and KZ3 look a lot better IMO.
^Thanks guys. I have a top of the line 50" plasma, and I cant see any difference when I change settings from 720p to 1080p, so I know the dashboard must be 720p too.... Thats pretty sad, atleast make the dashboard 1080p it shouldn't be that hard right? I cant wait for next gen
I know that about 99% of games aren't native 1080p. Does anyone have a list of games for Ps3 and 360 that support 1080p native? Also, is the Xbox 360 dashboard atleast 1080p native, or is it also 720p? Thanks.
