@NorseLax09: Thanks for the reply. I ended up buying it two weekends ago and have sunk a lot of hours into hunting and breaking horses, and am just starting chapter 3. lol
I'm thinking of picking the game up, but wonder, is it a big game, or is it something that could be completed in a few nights? I have some epic games, like Dying Light, and Skyrim that take a casual player months to complete, but then have others that cost a small fortune to buy, that are done in a marathon weekend session.
Not crazy about those types that I could rent from the video store (Yea, we have several of those still around in my area) and finish, instead of laying out the big $$ for.
Just wondering, has anyone finished the game, and how long it took you?
@onehitta323: You don't know or care because all you do is whine and cry about everything... You didn't read the article, otherwise you wouldn't have commented
@onehitta323: Did you read the article? It does not say that the first change is free, it says that the first change is free for BETA testers that are already accepted.
Love how people try to tell someone that they should read the article, when obviously, they didn't themselves...
@thedarklinglord: The reason that they don't give any notice, coming from experience at exactly this same thing, the employees start jumping ship and they take intellectual property with them when they go.
I worked for a company that was a the designer of software used in the automotive field. When we all heard that there were layoffs coming one year. One of the software engineers logged into the main server and downloaded all of the iterations of the software, and the source code, everything. All of the data ended up on a public server/website where it was scooped up bu other companies, and he skipped the country. I survived the layoff that year, but the company decided that from then forward, layoffs would not be announced ahead of time, they just walk in now and tell you to pack up and get out. Security walks you to the door and they hand you your last paycheck...
I can't even get through the "culling the heard" part of the game. I just got bored and stopped playing after the 10,000th time of having to run through that...
This is simply a group of people trying to make themselves look useful to the managers. They blow smoke about a "performance enhancing" patch, knowing that the managers have no idea whether it really does anything or not.
