@cratecruncher @rays_of_light that is a good point. but i personally dont feel that many understand why they should get one over say a ps4 or xbox one. the average consumer wouldnt understand that the steam box may be specs for specs better value for money than other next gen consoles. that is why i dont think many would want one, at least not while valve has more information to share.

if you are confused as to who this is for, it is either it is not for you because you already have what you want or you dont want need one in any case.

reminds me of when the nintendo ds was just announced. there were a fair amount of naysayers but in the end it did turn out to be a huge hit. i am fairly certain this controller will do well

tbh, i dont really think there is much of a future for a gaming dedicated device in the future.
