i don't know what to unzip the file with it in order to get it to work. The file is guitar pro 5. it's a program to help you learn guitar and write your own music and stuff like that.

i have no idea how many grams of protein i eat a day, i might have 5 i might have 80 - ive never been concerned about my weight - i eat what i want and i lift. don't call names, this is an online forum.

even if i have 1.5 times my body weight in protein, thats a good way to go i have heard from lifters, however, my plan is taking .75 times my body weight and assuming the rest is in what i eat, giving me a protein equal to my body weight about. but no matter what, im looking for advice as far as the cholestorol. im not looking for lifting advice or anything else on protein. i know how it all works, i have lifted for 8 years straight, and as a biologist, microbiologist, biotechnologist, biomanufacturing minor, and geneticist; i know all i need to know about amino acids and protein. i just don't know a whole lot about cholestorol, as i dropped my nutrition minor. looking for advice on that, not insults on things i know more about than most people. using protein powder is new, for 8 years i lifted the natural way, but some friends started using this stuff so i saw their results and wanted to move up faster too. i know how the protein and amino acids work and how much i can take to get the results i want, i just don't know how maximizing that serving size will maximize the bad things i don't want such as calories, fat, and cholestoral - if they will cause unwanted heart problems.

oh and the brand is twin lab 100% whey protein fuel

ncderek

ok my suggestion about the cholesterol woul be to add maybe more cardio. cardio helps lower cholesterol levels. thats aboutall i can gatehr for help on that.

well i already bought this stuff, 2 months worth, and would like to use it. at the store i was told this has the most protein in it, so that is what i went with. i would like to take a protein amount equal to my body weight. and theres 25 g in a scoop, 1 serving, and i want to take 6 scoops a day on days i workout, as suggested by the guy at vitamin world, and by some of my friends who have done similar intake. so 6 scoops, is 150 g, and i weigh about 170, so i assume i eat 20+ protein a day on my own. the only worry is the cholesterol in take, being at 120%. ncderek

lol! u get way more than 20 grams of protein off food in a day. especially if u weight lift like you say u do. i suggest u read up on how to work out properly before doing it. the results will be way better. *how to work out properly is like 60% nutrition* and those guys at the nutrition store probably knew that you were a sucker and took advantage that you knew noting about buying protein powders.

and i quoted LOEAnubis because i use that stuff too, cheap, low cholesterol, and it works fairly well for the price.

Wow, that's a really high cholesterol ratio, may I inquire which brand you are using?

Personally I use Optimum Nutrition's Whey Protein Isolates, only 10% cholesterol per serving, and it keeps you full, tastes good, and is a decent protein supplement.

LOEAnubis

yeah i use this stuff but man! do not take 6 servings of whatever kind, you do realise that if ur that into it u should look at what foods your eating and get more things with higher protein in them. by the way an example is cottage cheese, low in fat and very high in protein.
