I've been quietly reading many posts about the kinect being some sort of spying equipment to be used for Microsofts benefit and tbh I don't know what all the fuss is about, Microsoft have clearly stated that you can opt out of this under the privacy settings as you can with the current kinect.

And also all this hype about kinect being able to spy on people and all the paranoia yet nobody is concerned about the capability of current smart phone's which also have the following.

1, A camera back facing.

2, A camera front facing.

3, A microphone.

4, voice activated features.

Kinect will just sit in your living room, A mobile/cell phone you take everywhere.

Just think about it.
