@Barighm: I did the months of grinding, and I understand your point of you, however, Richardthe3rd makes a valud point, and it is one I was able to while figuring out which race snd class would be my main player. The Tauren tend to work best as a tank, but I chose to gear mine towards DPS, and it works best for my style of playing. As I mentioned in another reply, a friend of mine geared his Paladin as a tank, and not a healer. The first generation of WoW players have something these next generations don't have (besides experience), and that is we already know and understand how we had to create / build-up our characters, and what a toll in time it can take to do so. Therefore, this time around, we have a better idea of what race and class will work best for what we want to schieve. If you want balance, and have certain gear available for your specific needs, maybe it would be best if you stayed out of Classic a little longer. Because it is in due part of unhappy players with Vanilla and the later early versions of WoW, that gave us the expansions we have available today.

@Roman217: I have a friend who started WoW with a Paladin and was a good tank, and oksy healer in small raids. His Paladin is an awesome tank on BFA, but healing wasn't his prime focus so that hasn't changed much.

Where as I tend to create DPS characters, as I don't enjoy being in the "thick" of a good fight! Lol

Looks almost like the first time my que popped years ago, except for the lines, because everyone scattered to adventure through the starting lines to see what it looked like and what could be done. And realizing that there is limited bag space for EVERYTHING I thought I would need. Then there were other options, like raids, but those required more than 1 person (and eventually more than me and my pet). Ahh the good ole days. I think as one of the "old timers" (someone called us in another article) I'll stick to BFA /WoA (depending on how you look at the game, not so much the title of it) until the excitement dies down a bit. After all, there are so many folks who will become bored with classic within the first three months, and then the que times will reduce for real game time players looking for a different sort of challenge, grinds, and raids that can last a very long time.

What will make the classic version most enjoyable, is when the complainers stop playing about how bad everything is, and remembers thry have other options to satisfy their need for instant gratification playing...as that is what non-classic is, a result of all the players who didn't appreciate all that classic was, the first time around. For those of you happiest now, enjoy! I did my first time ;) and look forward to the time I'll be able to return
