I highly doubt the "share with 10 family members on any xbox" is the same as PS3, in which you buy a game through PSN, and share it indefinitely with 4 other people. Publishers weren't too happy so Sony dropped the limit from 4 to 1 two years ago.
If that's the case with PS3, it would be a HUGE loss for publishers and devs, AND MS games themselves. Just think, you buy Titan Fall or Battlefield 4, then share it with 10 other family members/friends and play ALL TOGETHER at same time, no way publishers would that fly. By logic and common sense, I believe it's that you can make another 10 accounts on your OWN xbox and your brothers/sisters/dad/mom can play your games without buying another copy, you know just like current-gen. Remember this is MS after all, they won't be this generous.
And for loaning with friends, think this scenario (Keep in mind that game is TIED to a single account, think like Steam or Window Games Live.):
You: Hey friend, you done with Ryse? May I borrow it?
Friend: Sure, I will come over with the game and my xbox account.
Friend comes over, sign in account, install Ryse, and went home.
You continue playing, with your friend account, until the game quits itself and logged out. You call your friend only to find out he logged in his account to play Titan Fall.
If this was disc based like Xbox 360, you would be able to continue to play. I ask people do you really never borrowed or loaned any game?

I urge people really think throughly and carefully before putting down money for Xbox One. Please put brand loyalty aside and ponder for a moment.
