@jerjef: He has no proof of those numbers because the Xbox has been over 200 games for awhile now and they just added 140 more with backwards compatibility (Most of those beat Indies any day of the week).
@dragonight2: You're high! The put season one out to see how well it would do and it actually sold so well they scheduled season two (Which is already out) and season three at the same time! You don't do that if the game isn't doing well.
@Mirimon78: No they don't... Every Xbox One can play 1 character (2 now that season 2 is out) for free but the real characters and the real aspects of the game aren't free.
As for sales, nobody knows how many it sold because they're mostly digital sales for KI and that was never disclosed.
@sladey: It didn't have all 8 characters at launch. It had 1 that was free to play and 6 total characters. The last two characters launched were added within 2 months but, the combo breaker pack would have given you those characters when they were made available.
The game is what we classically term as Shareware in that you only get a small piece of the game for free and have to pay for the whole product.
@Agermemnon: In posted them and be didn't like them.
I was strictly PC when SF IV released and I can tell you not one of my friends bought that game on the PC because we all dropped Street Fighter and Fighting games in general back when the new millennium arrived.
