I would have to say Demon's/Dark Souls. It's the most unique and different game I've played in a long time. There's nothing quite like it. And it's brutality is a great throwback of how hard games used to be. It's fills me with both originality and nostalgia. I think it's the greatest this gen. OR Gears of War. Just saying. It's the most influencial series this gen. There have been so many copy cats of this game it isn't funny. Both are masterpieces.
His statement is right. When the game pulls those numbers, there's some kind of glitch where it reads games that are about to end. I can't remember the full details though. I just know that it reads the numbers of games that are about to end. There are several more players than that.
I think it's absolutely amazing. I honestly prefer it over Skyrim. Now, Skyrim is an AMAZING game, but Dark Souls just plays so much better. Hell, I'm 6 hours into Dark Souls and I just now got out of the Undead Bourgh(sp?). It's VERY challenging and demanding. I know Skyrim has a lot more freedom and all, but I just think Dark Souls is the better game. The game isn't as hard once you get the combat down, and I can absolutely guarantee that. It's worth it. Amazing game.
