wait just a minute, am i to understand that x box 360 games are only REGULAR DVDs???????????is this actually true?

thats just ridiculous the x box 360 isnt actually true HD, the games are just regular DVDs being upscaled

upscaling nowhere near compares to the quality of an actual hd dvd or blu ray disc

thank god for the ps3 making all their games Blu ray discs, a true HD format

man 360 you suck, regular DVDs and still charging 60 bucks for a new game? pathetic!

all i was saying that it is cool to find some people who have looked at halo 3 objectively instead of just automatically praising it like its a god

its a good game, but its not THAT good

and yes, every other person i talk to about it boasts that its the best game in ever made no matter what

i had a guy on world of war craft tell me that he played oblivion for 2 minutes and said it was a horrible game and he also said halo 3 was the best game ever

the SONY SDTV that ive had for probably about 10 or so years still works too, but that doesnt mean im still gonna use it when they have these great NEW HDTVS

a picture is NOT going to show you the true difference between HD and SD

your going to need to see it in real life to see the true quality of HD

i have tried using the SD composite video, and it looks HORRID compared to the HD

I for one would be pissed... i've had my 360 since launch and paid a pretty penny for it (compared what the price is now) and now they're coming out with other models for about the same price and a lot more features.

i dont know why your not disapointed already because, the x box 360 pro you got at launch only has component video for HD

the new x box 360 pros have HDMI in them now i saw them at best buy and circiut city

like i said... the PS3 comes with a 1 FULL year warranty in the box so theres no point in buying one

and there still is the potential that something can go wrong... i had to exchange mine within 3 months of my purchase because the ethernet port went dead on me

so the answer is no dont purchase any extended warranties you will get one free in the box, 1 year
