Sounds to me like your "addiction" is more of an obsession, and this is not so much of a cry for help as it is a cry for attention. However, if you feel so inclined to get help, or attention, you should go to a rehab center and tell them your problem. I personally am interested in what their response will be.

It does seem strange to me that GoW2 is not being made for the ps3. After all, it is being developed by SCEA which is sony's american game developement studio. It would seem to me that it would be more lucrative for sony to develop a major platform selling game like GoW2 for the ps3 rather than for the PS2. But taking into consideration of previous comments, they would definately make more money as a ps2 game, but it is less of an investment as far as selling consoles is concerned.

That would be Metal Gear Solid on the PS1.
