Hello everyone!

I'm pretty sure everyone has heard about Fortnite by now am I right? Well...I have and decided to check it out. After some googling and watching video streams I thought about downloading the game since it's free, trying it out can't hurt and then guess what?! I got ads for V-Bucks, on YouTube and on Google alike.

Afterwards I got interested in in-game currencies and you know where in-depth googling may take a person. So after searching in-game currencies I came across this new phenomena - Tokenization.

I came across a game called WARFIELD, after doing some reading on their site I realized that game is "Free to Try" and you're able to play it online with no downloads, in a browser like flash games in the good old days though graphics were lot better. They offer free tokens with a so called "airdrop". Long story short - You play it enough and if you're good at it you can actually cash out with these tokens.

What my concern is - The game bring lots of crypto related mumbo-jumbo, as I don't know much about crypto stuff. I've asked the support team on their site, they were helpful but I'm still confused and I want to hear your thoughts on this. As a gamer I'm not a big fan of in-game purchases and in-game currencies but this seems something different, has anyone tried WARFIELD yet? What are your thoughts about tokenization in general?

I hope the art style carries over to the game. It really looks cool!

Xbox players want less games? Xbox barely has ANY exclusives! (Most games are on PC anyways) What do you mean they want less games, normally they claim they don't have enough games, like playstation.

@alexanderslous: Agreed! What you just said exists in lot of games actually which I hate to say it but they call it a Collector's edition, Limited Edition, etc. And obviously they charge more than pre-order offers. Some do give you physical maps, game manuals, concept art, figurines etc.

Though I do think it should just be pre-order for such purposes, but hell even season passes nowadays aren't sure way of getting 100% future content. Developers will probably release some stuff and go: "Oh this?! This is a different expansion/thing so it doesn't include season-pass.

The game is just bad, it involves running around, jumping around, and shooting around. I tried checking the game out, got in, saw a guy. Started shooting at him but he started blocking my shots by building around, then he started going up by building upwards I kept shooting at him then he jumped down and killed me while I was reloading. Then I just closed the game and deleted it and thought to myself - Good riddance!
