Ok so I was playing some gears 3 horde mode and for the first3 waves we had this one kid just laughing the whole time. So I checked where everyone was at and noticed the laughing kid was at the same location for each wave and all he was doing was making it look like he was humping the wall. It also sounded like he had other kids over at his place because there were other laughing sounds as well. After the third wave he dipped. I thought it was kinda funny at first but after the 2nd wave i muted him.

Yeah I have noticed that I have a very small micro dot or something on my top screen and it sucks because I clean my 3ds after each use with a microfiber cloth.

The only thing I can think of that is good when watching MLG is that these gamers are suppose to be some of the best out there and maybe watching a little bit you can get some pointers that can help you improve.

I eat, drink, sleep video games, I am a zombie and play them 24 hours a day......jk. Seriously I play anywhere from 2-5 hours a day thats just because I am still only employed part time (still looking for a full time gig) and have a lot of free time on my hands.

God this MLG stuff is just too funny, how many people watch this?

Also, I do think that multiplayer has grown drastically in popularity and has hurt gaming to a certain degree. Don't get me wrong I think multiplayer can be fun but it seems to have hurt the single player aspect of games.

Yeah I don't think gaming is a sport, its more of a hobby in my opinion. You know that it may just come to ESPN, just look at some of the stuff that they have had on like the spelling bee, darts, poker, dominoes(no joke) just to name a few. I really don't consider them sports at all.

Okay so I have been watching a little of this MLG coverage on gamespot and I truthfully don't know what to make of this. Are they trying to make this into a full blown sport? I mean they have the cheesy commentators who are taking this way too seriously and the crowd with "fans" who are cheering on the players. So is this gonna be on ESPN some day, heck they have darts and poker I guess why not MLG?

So what do you guys think of MLG? What do you think the general gaming population think about it?

I remember playing a random halo 3 match and all of a sudden I started hearing moaning sounds through my headset. I was like, WTF? It was some kid who put his mic to his computer speaker watching porn. It was funny for a minute when you are running around halo to porn but then I muted it cuz it did get annoying. Idk it was just funny thinking about that wondering if any of you guys had any funny stories from random multiplayer matches on xbox or ps3.
