But as I explained in my original post, I didn't "impersonate" another user. So banning me was an error of because the action was taken before speaking to me.

I'll try to use yahoo account tech team to try to recover my original account. I am here because I was trying to inform the team that I am NOT impersonating another user.

The biggest thing was not talking to me and asking about my situation and without communication *banning* an account instead of finding out if it was indeed what was assumed to be another person to start with. My point being is I should not have a been banned at all.

I had an account (BoxRekt) that had my email associated tampered with an locked and I could not remember the password to access nor could I reset because the email I can no longer access.

I created BoxRekt2 because I am the same person only unable to access the original account. I explained this to a few users who asked and want not trying to mislead anyone into thinking I was someone else.

Moderator xantufrog came into a thread I made and said: "How about we leave the thread creation to people who actually want to use the site"

After this comment he locked that thread and then sent me a private message saying, "no impersonation accounts", and then BANNED me!

I wasn't given a chance to explain the situation and the comment made to me in the thread was rude and confusing. Maybe some people didn't like the content of my thread or were trying to suggest that my original account had got banned and reported that but my original account wasn't banned however I wasn't asked about anything before action was taken.
