But as I explained in my original post, I didn't "impersonate" another user. So banning me was an error of because the action was taken before speaking to me.
I'll try to use yahoo account tech team to try to recover my original account. I am here because I was trying to inform the team that I am NOT impersonating another user.
The biggest thing was not talking to me and asking about my situation and without communication *banning* an account instead of finding out if it was indeed what was assumed to be another person to start with. My point being is I should not have a been banned at all.
