Yeah I'm definitely up for this one, and your right it is. I may even spend like 200 bucks more and get the 71" :)

I appreciate this viewpoint also of course since I want the bigger tv. I'm pretty sure this technology of mirror matrix on the color wheel or lcd input comes from Texas Instruments. I work in the semiconductor industry and they are basically the leader. I will go to Best Buy still and press them on the negative feedback but from your post alone which was backed up with facts on durability I'm almost sold on it. :)

Hi all, originally I was going to buy the Samsung on Amazon but I went to Best Buy and they said they'd match any price. It turned out I didn't even need to ask that since I found the LCD for approx. $2300. But the kid, wicked knowledgeable, took me to see a Samsung DLP much bigger of course. I know there's most likely no burn-in and they both had HD so my only question was, is there any trouble hooking up to DLP with Xbox 360? This is actually a confirmation question as I asked the guy already but I wanted to get more input from you guys. There was one feedback poster on Amazon who said he wish he had bought the LCD since because he went with DLP he couldn't get a signal from his Xbox. Ok this sounded nuts to me too, but since it's a lot of money I want to be sure. I fairly certain it was operator error lol. Thanks in advance.
