I live in Japan but i use a US Wii. But it's not modded and I don't use anjy homebrew. I play the US games. Is it ok if I update for the new patch?

I can't choose. The console automaticaly connects to the japanese PSN. I can't create a US PSN account using a japanese console. Works the same way if you have a US PS3 and try to make a account for the *** PSN...it's not possible. But thanks for the help!

I had the last generation of these GT controllers....its fun! If you have a nice place to attach that wheel alongside the pedals....

Now this new one looks nice because you can manage the settings of your car "in race" just like some sports cars and Racing cars!

I live in Japan, I have both japanese XB360 and PS3....BUT, I buy US games because I can't read japanese... :P

SO....I was wondering if the japanese DLC works for the US games. Since I have the japanese consoles.... I'm not able to connect to the US PSN server and download the US DLC.... Damn I want so many DLC.....

Thanks man! last time i made a topic about it (when i had the FullHD Monitor), ppls told me that a TV could resolve the problem! damn....the tv was really expensive....I could have used the money for a new car! XD but thats too late....

I live in japan and I got a Aquos FullHD TV (http://www.sharp.co.jp/aquos/lineup/xj1_42/index.html). When I play a 720p or 480p games....the graphics looks so crappy....a lot worst than a regular TV. Maybe because of the scaling....Specially the 2D drawings and writtings on the screen of the game. I messed with the settings of the TV and I got the graphics a bit better....though the graphics get a bit "out of focus"....

Before that TV....I had a FullHD monitor from Mitsubishi. I was having the same problem and I thought that maybe a TV would have a better chip to display images or something like that....

Is there a special setting to play low resolution games on a FullHD tv....or sharp aquos is crap? Or all FullHD TVs makes Low Res games to look really crappier than normal.

I messed with 2 configurations: "sharpness" and "Detail enhancement".

yeah i was thinking about that too.... like, a full hd monitor (or whatever) wants you to have a good output while a full hd tv dun really care much about the output. So I think i should get a full hd tv! hahahahaha and that means i spent 100thousand yen on this!!!! just to play games... :( Well I think I'll just send it to my parents in brazil! hahaha merry christmas dad!

thanks for the help everyone... But i think i need to see and compare with my own eyes! hahahaha does anyone could send a full hdtv to japan plz? hehehehe cuz I can't spent money on that kind of thing anymore.... :( well...at least not 200.000 yen for a full hd tv with HDMI and D5 support.

I dunno... it just seems like the nintendo wii looks better in a full hd tv than in a full hd monitor.... I wish i could show you all how it looks like on my monitor. It looks like worst than a PS2 or something... it's really bad! First I was using the AV cables that comes with the wii...then I bought the digital cable. It looked a bit better but far from what I've seen in game shops showing wii running on hd and full hd tvs.

and what pisses me off most is that this monitor was a new release here in japan and i spent 100.000 yen on it. It's a Mitsubishi Viseo 24.1'. http://www.mitsubishielectric.co.jp/home/display/mdt241wg/index_b.html well it's a shame it's all in japanese...
