I'm not that interested in either game. Another FPS with a campaign of 6 hours isn't among my interests and as was said before the Dragon's Dogma demo was quite bad. The game might be much better, but until I see some good review scores, I'm not plunking down $60. It will probably be $30 in 2 months.

The Holiday season is always jam-packed with games. People can't buy them all. I think we shall survive just fine with Bioshock Infinite and Tomb Raider moving to a leaner time of year.

Also, I would hope the games will be more polished upon release. They now have no excuse for the game being unfinished.

This DLC pack pre-order is getting out of hand. You don't really even know how good the DLC is going to be, and they're already trying to get your $$$.

Hell, COD Black Ops II isn't coming until Nov and I'm getting spammed with pre-order offers. This is how people get into debt. By always purchasing things ahead of time.

Plants vs Zombies, Angry Birds and Bejeweled are the only iphone games I play when I need to kill 15-30 min...plus I've maxed out my 32G..meh..maybe I should drag my PSP with me..lol..

The real problem, in my opinion, are companies like Gamestop (or marketplace on Gamespot) that will give you let's say $20 for your 1 month old game, and then charge $45 for the same game to someone else. They are the ones making the HUGE profits. I remember needing cash, and bringing in a few games to my local EB games (now Gamestop), and after looking them over and inspecting them with a bit of disdain I was offered quite a low price, but I took it because I needed the $$ at the time. The next day I was curious to see what they were re-selling my "crappy" games for..3 times what they gave me!! I see the re-sellers as the crooks, who make way too much profit. I've seen games at Gamestop that are over 6 months old AND used..only $10 cheaper. I couldn't give a flying crap about on-line codes, because I don't play on-line, guess I'm lucky. Good games sell PERIOD. How much profit did Portal 2 make so far..Cod Black ops? (not saying it's good just popular). 1 last thing what's with the pre-orders? COD pre-order already? It's only May lol...if you pre-order games you are always behind, your $$ is being used to invest while you buy games months ahead of time. COD won't be available Oct to pre-order???

I guess graphic whores love to compare the teeny, tiniest differences in a game, to crow about the superiority of it on that platform. For me it comes down to: Is the game fun to play and worth the $? I've had more fun on $6 iphone games than on some $60 console games. Wolverine comes to mind, fun game, but $60 for a 6 hr game?? I believe games shouldn't all be the same price, shorter games should have lower prices. Well that's my 2 cents, Assasin's Creed 2, will be fun to play and I've already pre-ordered.

Well let's see... 1)Metal Gear Solid because my XBOX doesn't seem to run the third one even though I asked it nicely. 2)Star Wars Battlefront 2 I played the demo...fell asleep and decided to save $50..I do regret the decision Mr Lucas. 3)Half Life 2...yes I bought it but it still is in shrinkwrap..shame on me. 4)Civ IV...see #3 5)Far Cry Instincts...I love FPS..maybe now that it's $10 will get me off my ass to buy it.
