@kagento Nope, not yet. I will think about that; maybe have a Dreamcast OST special. :) I haven't planned an indie special yet, but I may have something PC-related (hint hint).
@Emerald_Scott There's Driver: San Francisco that was out in 2011 for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. It's mad fun if you want an open-world driving game with a balls-out plot!
@fatee Thanks! I remember stealing stuff in Ultima VI and VII. At a time when YouTube wasn't even around, I would usually spend the whole week coming up with the ultimate heist without getting caught by the guards.
@dr_jashugan You should check out Ultima V: Lazarus. It's a remake of the fifth game using the Dungeon Siege engine. You need the original Dungeon Siege to download and play it first though; shouldn't be too expensive to find.
@sasami_adachi I really wanted to put in the Worlds of Adventures games inside the vid (Savage Lands, Martian Dreams), but the draft ended up too long. :(
Regarding Ultima VIII, it was the classic case of good intentions gone bad. The story and narrative was great (doing un-Avatar things in an alien place where virtues were non-existent); the actual game (pre-patch) and the platforming drove everyone bonkers. I was lucky enough to play it post-patch (Msia gets their new games a month or so late), so I wasn't as pissed off as a lot of other people about the game. Disappointed, yes, but I garnered some fun out of it.
Just a heads up: the CoS devs told us after the show last Tuesday that the Electrum-paid potions are disabled in PvP, but are bugged at the moment. The devs are fixing it as we speak.
