Yeah, I definitely will. By the way, Did you have to audition before you were accepted in music performance? How difficult was the audition?

[QUOTE="mouse380"]Im transferring to Belmont. Im still not sure whether I want to major in music business or music performance.P08C
what do you play?
I play the guitar. I mostly play folk and metal. I would love to learn some classical though.
I've never been in a club/sport team in my high school..I doubt they wont let me in collage because I didn't do those..Devoo55
It doesn't necessarily matter, unless your scores are boderline for a university or if you're considering an ivy league school.
[QUOTE="Thyeora"][QUOTE="LostprophetFLCL"]Brett Powell (The Human Abstract) * Band as a whole deserves more attention*
LostProphetFLCL
That band deserves so much love. Vela is one of the best songs I have heard in a long time.
I don't know a lot of drummers but Chris Adler of Lamb of God deserves some recognition.
Yeah, Vela is such a great song!!! Mea Culpa also has one of the best guitar solos ever at the end.
But to the other Human Abstract fan, I just wonder how well Tapely can fit the band. AJ was such an incredibly gifted and unique guitar player that his individual ****real laid the major foundation for their sound. I did also hear that it was going to be a concept album which will be interesting.
Have you seen their "In Studio" videos for their upcoming album? you can find them on youtube. From watching those, it seems that he should do fine, but I guess we will just have to wait and see.
[QUOTE="mouse380"]they said that AJ left because he was too dominant, he wouldnt let the other guitarist help that much with the guitar riffsLostProphetFLCL
Actually what the band stated through their myspace stuff was that he wasn't feeling the metal style anymore. He said he couldn't keep going out there playing metal and rather than the whole band changing style he left.
oh really, Well at least they have Tapely. Hopefully their new album will be good. I heard that it was going to be a concept album.
[QUOTE="mouse380"][QUOTE="LAZZOR"]Fave drummers eh...

haha, Moe's a cool guy, they played a show here and we played with them and before the show we went driving around and he got high and just kinda talked about how hard touring was, pretty stressed out, but still a cool guy aha
Yall got to play with them? That's awesome. They seem like hilarious guys, especially rody.

My Favorite would have to be:
John Bonham (Led Zeppelin)
Danny Carey (Tool)
Max Roach (Jazz Drummer)
Blake Richardson (Between the Buried and Me)
Moe Carlson (Protest the Hero)
I also love the drummer from the band The Human Abstract, Im not sure of his name though.
