The pic they used for this article makes me think of the failed virtual boy that Nintendo came out with back in 1995.

it's a crowd funding games so I think it'll be a few years before it comes out

it depends on what games you want and if you plan on uninstalling the games you don't play anymore and or not how much hdd space you need but I would've went with atleast 1TB and it also depend on if you use 16bit or 64bit windows on how much RAM you can use because 16bit windows can't use no more than 4GB of RAM
