I hate CD's because they break too easily, but I also hate digital distribution because you need internet access and because you have to install the games, thus you would need A LOT of hardrive space when considering saving games, downloading dlc, etc. Flash drives with a large capacity or something else that doesn't easily break should be used instead of CD's, but not digital distribution. EVER.

Visually ugly, conceptually different.

I didn't play the PC beta, but the texture popping on the 360 was horrendous and way too frequent for me to feel any immersion. Not only that, but the environment issues like getting stuck in the ditch were also a huge immersion killer. With the beta being so close to release, and with the knowledge I have about programming and game engines, I'm thinking that the final release is going to be similar to the beta and the game is going to need a lot of title updates.
