"Teases"? geez that sounded more like a threat, You'd have to put a gun to my head to want a another game in it's 4th re-iteration, never mind that it's coming from EA. How about posting something interesting? Like something about a game that is NEW or ORIGINAL or NOT from EA? .. this place is getting worse all the time (Not as bad as IGN though)
Who taught him how to type English properly? I think he had some help, which goes to say that at least he's getting some help. If anything that is about the best thing he could do right now. At least he's on the right track, but I still won't buy this game, because I think it is still a train wreck. it being so wrongly adjusted as a pay 2 win game just screams rip-off, even it becomes playable
Yeah.....riiiiight guys like me that buy games almost every day aren't really gamers....
I refuse to pay for anything that's "always on".. especially things like DRM, .. it infringes upon my happiness, and just because of that, doesn't mean I don't love to buy and play games.
It just means I like to play games and have fun without being forced to do anything else, like fork over wasted money to greedy isps *cough bell**cough*Roger's* that are charging me for using too much bandwidth. (or trying to, they lost a fight last year, here in Canada, to get all ISP's to be the same way... they stated they are not being fair as competition if they don't meter our usage) I don't know about you guys, but the idea of milking me for money that's not deserved, then disguising it it the name of anti-piracy is kind of lame. I have a really simple solution too... I didn't buy "The War Z" or Diablo III for the same reasons.... I will spend my money somewhere else. Good luck with your bad business ethics and, sorry, no sale! .. I am the buyer, and I am gonna be aware.. whether I am a gamer or not!
I still don't trust Ubisoft to not stick me with some creepy software thing or try to extort me to pay my internet provider the extra cash they charge for being online too much (Bandwidth usage)
In time maybe that will fade but I am still reeling from their past practices.. I guess that means I should grab up anything I like from THQ (more than a couple games!) before Ubi get their hands on it.
So wow! They made a bunch of what looks like cave drawings, then finally drew a Baldur's Gate logo... that's impressive! /sarcasm
How about showing us a "teaser" video that actually shows something that's been done?!? I really don't get why half of these videos have just a bunch of computer animation, and nothing of the game they are trying to promote.
I wonder if it is a 24/7 thing for them to avoid realizing they make people upset.
By reading all the comments here, it's kind of obvious to me..
I sure am not into 24 hours of DLC and micro-transactions.. they make me wanna retch! I avoid games that are heavy on that and also games that require me to jump through their hoops to prove I bought them. (IE: Diablows 3, and always online)
I hate them and their total lack of "hearing" what their past and would be customers have to say, nevermind one of the worst customer services in the business.
They should just stick with pogo and forget everything else.
I have never seen anything so oblivious to the rest of the world than EA.
Side note: What is with this place always acting like anything EA says is relevant?
I'll watch how this pans out.. I still don't trust Ubisoft. If over some time they prove to have learned the methods they were using were excessive, and they can prove they are done with being like they were, I will start buying their PC games again.. good start Ubisoft, keep it up!
