[QUOTE="miso870"][QUOTE="LegatoSkyheart"]

then explain why the game is being Published by Nintendo?

LegatoSkyheart
The same reason why DQIX was published by Nintendo in the West.

You would have an argument if it wasn't being published in Japan by Nintendo too. Sega is looking over things, but all in all Bayonetta 2 is a Platinum X Nintendo project.

Sega not publishing it in Japan doesn't negate anything.

[QUOTE="miso870"] You do understand what a rumor is, right? Like I said, Sega isn't that stupid to actually cancel the game. LegatoSkyheart

and Sega Confirmed that they had canceled Bayonetta 2 before.

Pretty sure it had to do with Sega's Financial troubles and Platinum being given Metal Gear Rising.

Sega would have been stupid to fund a game with no funds.

Sega didn't confirm anything.

These games look and play better than any Wii U game LOL

04dcarraher
In your dreams.....

They at the very least LOOK better than the WiiU games. Puppeteer makes NSMBU look on the lower budget end. Same w/The Last of Us and ZombiU

Most of them are 2013 titles. 2012 its quite possibly PS3's worst year of this entire gen.

BPoole96
In terms of retail games, one of the worst. But PSN has got a good amount of really creative and unique games which is why I like this year's lineup more than last year's.

Rain, Puppeteer, and The Unfinished Swan... They look so good. Even The Last of Us is pretty impressive.

[QUOTE="miso870"][QUOTE="Plagueless"]So.......If you're trying to "grow the Bayonetta brand" and "allow more gamers to experience it", then why in the hell would you make it exclusive to a new console that no one owns? To me, this was just PR talk, trying to disguise the real fact: Nintendo gave us $$$.LegatoSkyheart

"Grow the Bayonetta brand" is PR talk for Nintendo is paying for ads and stuff. I don't believe the game was ever cancelled or even in limbo. Sega's not that stupid. The only reason Bayonetta didn't sell as well as it they wanted it to is because the main audience for Japanese games/hack-n-slashes had a crappy version which most refused to buy. They'd just have to make the PS3 the lead platform and their goal would be achieved.

Sega Canceled the game back in March - Apirl.

and gamers were sad.

You do understand what a rumor is, right? Like I said, Sega isn't that stupid to actually cancel the game.

It's Carolyn, though, so I doubt the review is even somewhat accurate.

GAF's gaming forum is infested with the most negative people around. I've never seen so many armchair sales analysts in one place before either. They aren't just a bunch of Nintendo fanboys (plenty of them, though, like Man God or w/e. )But the off-topic discussions are interesting; much more than Gamespot's.

Wait until Puppeteer comes out to make that claim.

Little Big Planet is a glorified world editorDarkLink77

How can LBP be a "glorified" world editor when level editing is exactly what the developers went out to accomplish?
and Ratchet and Clank is one of the most stagnant series in video games.

DarkLink77

A series that switches genres like R&C isn't stagnant. It's not a platforming series anymore but whatever.
On the other hand, the Super Mario Galaxy games are the best 3D platformers ever made.

So...nope.

DarkLink77
If you like a bunch of hand holding and linearity in your 3D platformers, sure.
