Super Mario 3D World is different than New Super Mario Bros. U that is different than Mario Kart 8.

3D World is only the second on its own new innovative series, NSMBU is the fourth on a series that have never released 2 games on the same platform and the MK is the eighth game since 1992.... 1992 and is only the eighth game!

MK too have never released two games in the same platform.... actually.... most of their IPs are release only once per platform, which is one of the things that make them so special....

Contrary to what people like you think, Nintendo doesn't spam games from the same IP.... they hardly release more than one per platform and you can't deny that.
