The glitches people are avoidable. Also one of them occurs when you use a certain ability at a certain place. Both of these glitches are something that would be very hard to find unless a certain specific thing occured. As for patching it's quite obvious. Much like other ds download volumes you download it with pokemon pearl or diamond then activate the patch. The game cart data is then patched. It's a pretty good idea. Hopefully they do more such as correct flaws in say Mario Kart mp and prevent Metroid Prime hunting hacking.

Tell me when has the PS2 price dropped? Why was the PS1 made for so long? HD graphics are a joke. Most people cannot tell the difference. Developers are getting madder about HD costing tens of millions more to develop for. The pS3 isn't a Ferrarri it's a damn 3D0. It's not a NEO-GEO that was far more powerfull then it's competitors. The cell processor is a damn joke. Multi-core consoles are a joke. They don't work any better then games built for a single core. The PS3 wanted more then one core so they can run a media center in the background. It's not a damn game console it's a low end dvd player with delusions of grandeur. Sorry what you get for 600 dollars isn't worth the tech. Blu-ray is untried, untested. The games don't look and will not look any better then what you get with a 360. Any PS3 game can be put on the 360 and no one will be able to tell the differeance. Lack of rumble is hurting Sony's stance among game developers for instance. Once the Wii graphis chip is finalized and final dev kits are sent I suspect a lot of developers will scrape off any last hesistant to develop for it. Also quite a lot of developers will make their games multiplatform including the wii. Wii will lead in the terms of exclusives.

It's not a motion tracking controller. It's a third party periperhal that is used for tilting and these periperhals failed badly since people said the games weren't able to be controlled. The PS3 isn't more powerfull then the 360. Sony is dying fast in the dvd player tv market. So blu-ray is there huge gamble to sell tons of blu-ray movies, hdmi tvs that they will be the only ones making. Most of the games that came out for the PS2 and PS1 won't be coming to the PS3 because of development costs. Also because Sony reps have said they don't want all the great game ideas and non photorealistic games that made the PS1 and PS2 game libraries a big selling points to it's fans. Numerous developers are now starting to speak out against Sony. SNK won't be having it's games on the PS3. There will be no Guitar Hero for the PS3. Nor music games in general. RPG makers will ditch it once they hear that their past graphics aren't good enough for Sony.
