Almost have all the Gears 2 achievements and after that I'll probably take a break from it... My question is, what should I do after that?

---Get all/most achievements for

-Gears of War 1 (most of the online ones)

-Dead Space (only about 4 left)

-Rainbow Six Vegas 2

---Start Mass Effect, do a playthrough or two, then move on to achievements for another game (If you pick this one, please post saying which of 1-3 you think I should do after)

---Start and finish Mass Effect completely

I'm SICK of overused IPs. Aka Zelda with practically the SAME GAME being rehashed over and over again.
I'm SICK of remakes. Why do I want to play a game that I've played before with updated visuals and a few handfulls of added content that I could care less about? Pokemon Silver/gold/crystal? Yes, I admit it's my favorite in the series but EVERY GAME DOES NOT NEED A REMAKE.

Flame me all you want. I LOVEEEEE Nintendo but sheesh. I want something new for a change. Something that doesn't involve something familiar and remade.

Agreed. I'd also like to see more games that take advantage of the touch screen in good/real ways, not just optional, "use the d-pad and buttons instead of the touch screen if you want," like most DS games now...

Yes. You swore more than you should have. Which actually isn't true. I think, in my professional opinion, that you need to swear at it more. If nothing seems to work, do a barrel roll.
