anyone else have this bug? I really cant do anything else but to collect feathers and almanacs.

Im on 77% and i cant play any of the side missions like homestead, boston brawlers. When i go to animus database it says that i havent completed all missions but I looked my map  in every city and they dont show up. Same problem is with boston brawlers it says i need to go back to boston because i beat former champions but there is no icon on the map. Only icons i have on my map are feathers , almanacs , fast travels , forts , shops and treasures.

What to do?
 

Now that I've finished game I cant play almost any side mission like homestead missions , hunting missions and so on...
I have completed 77% of the game and now only I can do is collect almanacs and feathers...Thanks Ubi !

Sooo , this was all about a chick who wants to control the world?

I thought there will be some other explanation on how to save the world.

And why is there so little explained to that big decision?

Thanks for that , but how do I upgrade people who make weapons to higher level? 
  

I changed it in Boston general store.

I got lots of weapons from rewards , but i cant find it. I searched in the Homestead manor in the basement but i didnt see them.

Also I got to the cutscene where Connor was wearing Achilles outfit and when it ended , I had the same outfit as before.

Anyway I'm on sequence 10 and about 65% progress.
