They have fixed most of the issues, so it's fine to play now. They will keep fixing stuff and adding stuff as time goes by. They fixed server issues, there's still plenty of games issues and missing features.

It was a good game on vita, good to spend time while using public transportation to go to work... I woudn't play it on PC, there are way better games, like grid, dirt 3, burnout, F1. or forza 4 if you own a xbox.
It's your power supply, it's dead, you need a new one. the siren sound is the sound of a burned capacitor. Also, should sound more like a whistle than an alarm.
Game is a ton of fun, besides the first 3 days that had horrid server issues, its been a wonderful experience.
There is somethings Id liked updated like some of the road placement issues and of course Id like bigger cities, but overall its a very fun game and I have not had any server related issues since last thursday.

Wait untill you will run out of water, which is the first major bug, and watch your city slowly die. If you will manage to overcome this bug, you will see how epic traffic jams will kill your city, After that when you will decide to create a new city and share unilities you will see that it is also broken and this is just half of the issies

You have to put the sewage treatment plant next to the water filtering facility to get infinite water supply... and you can upgrade your mining cities to trading cities... This is how the game is designed, except it's really stupid and not really the way we want to play. It doesn't make sense and doesn't simulate anything we know about in real life...
000 I got about 3.5 millions and I don't know what else I can do to improve my city and I can't get over 134k, everything I do seems to lower my sims count at this point... I gave you some goods so you can pimp yours... and we're halfway through building the airport project.
