I've been a big fan of the PS line; & it's been great fun anticipating the next platform launch & all the new games to go along with it. I'm a loyal PS player/customer/supporter, & I was really looking forward to the PS3 finally being launched here in North America. At this point in time, however, I'm actually going to wait---not jump on a brand new 60 Gig PS3. Yes, ALL the new game previews have had killer graphics, sound, etc.; but the one thing not being talked about more is the issue of console 'stability'. The inside buzz is that the PS3's really Not ready for this Launch, afterall. There are some major hardware issues that Sony's not been talking much about. As much as I've been faithfully waiting for PS3 to finally come my way... well, I'm just not ready to put that much cash down on a product who's hardware instability issues haven't been addressed in the ways that we consumers should be able to expect---especially from a giant like Sony. Never thought I'd say this, but... I'm going to wait a few months---or more--- until I'm sure that my new PS3 can really live up to it's Name. Besides, there's a bunch of new Games & Gaming gear out now, & throughout this Holiday Season. So, I'll be spending my cash on a bunch of other Gaming goodies--- guaranteed to make the Holidays much brighter for myself, & All my Gaming Buddys. :)

Games I haven't played yet, but might want to: 1.-Indigo Prophecy ~ It just seems like it wants to take over your whole psyche...sounds like a plan! 2.-Guitar Hero 2 ~GH1 Rocked! I really need to unwrap GH2 & go on tour already. 3.-Neverwinter Nights 2 ~ Only reason I'm not already playing this one is because it's Not out yet. Can't wait to start creating with the toolset. 4.- WoW ~ I've looked at this Title many times, & have many friends & neighbors who love playing it. I'm a hardcore mmorpg'er, so if I can ever get past how cartoony it looks, I might finally give it a fair try. 5.- GTA 3 ~ What can I say? my bad. I love the GTA series, but never got around to GTA 3. Now, for 5 of the Ones that I either still play, or have fond memories of: 1.- Anarchy Online ~ One of the oldest & still most successful mmorpgs in the history of the genre. This includes their expansions~Notum Wars, Shadowlands, & Alien Invasion. It has a very deep storyline that they somehow manage to keep evolving & expanding~~~Incredible. Yes, players can play AO for free, now... but you don't really get to know AO at all that way. You're just barely scratching it's surface, without getting into the expansions & story. 2.- Guitar Hero 1 ~ Yeah, it's way cliche'... but in this case oh so true... GH Rox! 3.- Legend of Zelda~Ocarina of Time. Waited a long time for this Title to launch. It was worth the wait. Great graphics for the time, deep storyline, & immersive soundtrack. 4.- Okay, this one's so old, I'm not sure who would even remember it ( or should I say, 'admit' to knowing of it?) It's an ancient 'Buck Rogers' game for an even more ancient system. But it was one of the first rpg/fps games of it's type. We'd all laugh at the graphics, etc., now. But back then, it was a nice little tease of what could be possible in console gaming, as a whole. 5.-So hard to name only 5; so I also choose the Metal Gear Solid Series, EQ2 & the expansion packs. One last Title that I have to mention is 'Ultimate Mahjongg15'. What can I say? No matter how fried I get from staying too long inside the other Titles, this sweet little game is a great way to unfry....errrm, unwind. Lots of different Mahjongg versions here, & lots of player options, including music trax, tilesets, online, offline; even make your own. When you can no longer speak in whole sentences or uncramp your hands from the controllers ---Mahjongg15 waits patiently to help you re-enter the real world. :) No matter which games you choose, Have Fun, Peeps!
