@ddoggbritt16 @CyberLips you obviously have not played games where microtransactions were implemented and the game ended up failing. This has happened so many times I'm actually pretty surprised that you don't realize this.
@ddoggbritt16 @lordxephon doing missions and other activities that give you in game money will be less satisfying if you could just purchase it with real money. You might not view it like that but unconsciously you do and many other players do. It's already been proven in other games man I'm not just making this up.
Alright children let me tell you why adding microtransactions is bad for GTA online. By allowing players to purchase ingame money with real money takes away from the user experience. Doing missions or other things that generate ingame money should be the only way to get money ingame. Why would I do missions when I can just buy cash cards? This was the mentality of players in Diablo 3, instead of killing monsters for ingame gold they bought gold from the auction house making it pointless to play the actual GAME. The game ended up failing because of this.
