hey so yeah, as the title says, im planning on buying a PS3, but i want to know, does the new 80 gig have chrome? and by chrome, yes i mean the material. my friends told me it doesnt, and i checked online and it said the same. is this true? although it may seem uninportant, it is important to me.

hi, i dont own a ps3 (yet), but i want to know something about it.

1. is there any possible way to connect it to a monitor?

2. does it have achievements? like on the 360, where while you're playing and certain stuff you do or how you do it gets you like a .. you know what i mean.

yeah, i just got mine and it is not too late to get a ps3, sony has a 10 year cycle or something. i dont think no one really knows when the next consoles are coming out. if you get a ps3 add me on PSN: chocolatecake10

it is totally fine. i recently bought a ps3. the console is only 2 years old right now, and sony has supported the ps2 for 9 years now. they plan to do the same wit ps3. Plus, even the most extreme analysts think it won't be before 2013 when the new generation begins. trust me.

Hi, I'm sort of late into the nextgen, and I'm wondering whether it is too late to get a PS3, because the nextgen is almost over? when is the "ps4" and the xbox "720" coming out? I just want to know if I'm going to buy a ps3 and about a year after BAM! PS4! and i'm gonna be like WTF?

thanks everybody, I've decided to go for a 80gb MGS4 pack. cuz it comes with dualshock 3 as well. It's a greal deal and i've heard it's the last one to come with BC. I don't want to get a xbox because I don't want to pay 50 bucks for something i can get free, and also, i don't like any of the 360 games.

i've had mine since 12:01 am on june 12th, and i can tell you that my system does not have anything like that on it. now, you may be talking about the limited edition gun metal PS3 packaged with MGS4 that was sold in very small quantity, idk if that has any sort of writing on the system, i've never noticed any in the screenshots of that gun metal system.Hawkman21
