Why single out Carson Palmer like this? More than a few high rated QBs fell flat on their face this year. May I suggest Eli Manning of the overpaid Giants? Or maybe even the flat on his back Culter of the Chicago who-Cares. Palmer had a lot of things going against him this year preventing him from putting up the numbers he has the last six years. The biggest problem is the OC known simply as Brat. Horrible, horrible predictable play calling this year while being not protected by a rookie OLine coupled with a run first offense really got him off track. If a few key changes are made in the off season all of you doubters and nay-sayers will be eating your overrated words I promise you that.

Oh, and it's really amusing to me how the Bengals go to the playoffs for the first time since 05 and all of a sudden he's overrated. You all must have no short term memory and non-existent attention spans since CP drove his team to 4 comeback wins while trailing in the 4th quarter (Pittsburgh TWICE before they imploded and Baltimore who just crushed the Patriots just to name a few). If every QB who slips up a few games is overrated then the NFL needs to clear house across the board.
