@Chaoticgodz: Cheat Engine is very useful for many other games, but for Bethesda's games you don't even need Cheat Engine to cheat. The PC version of their games always comes with ingame console command which can get you anything with a few line of commands which can be easily find on wiki page. It is also very useful when you encountered bugs i.e. If you stuck in a quest you can forced the game to advance to the next queststage.
