@Dovahkyon We are free, but we have something called "The Bill of Rights" it's something that gives us even more freedom but not when it's violating the rights of another person. Saying "I'm going to shoot up a school" no matter the context is not protected by our rights. If you think it should then you're an idiot.

Why do you think slander and libel exists? Fact is, saying you'll shoot up a school is considered an overt act, once you commit an overt act you cannot back off saying "I didn't mean it." That's the law when regarding criminal conspiracies and it's the same law regarding terrorism and threats.
