it could be your audio driver too, i know it sounds retarded but it took me like 3 weeks to figure out it was my outdated drivers that was making me lag in fallout 3, best way to check it is just to turn off the sound in your device manager and see if youre still lagging
Not to mention the huge bandwith that this program must be using,,, i have a 60 gb limit each month,, even if i had a crappy computer i couldnt get it just for that reason alone
what tells you that he doesnt have a key and he just wanna get the game ? And who mentionned that he wanted to buy a used wow account,, he said he want to buy wow used... and as far as i know you can download wow with the blizzard downloader.
